INFORMATION ON REGISTRATION:

The registration of drones carried out by WDPO is not a register of aircraft within the meaning of aviation regulations. The register of aircraft is kept by the Civil Aviation Authority.

The WDPO drones registration system was created before the establishment of provisions requiring the registration of unmanned aerial vehicles in the event of performing certain aviation activities.

The registration of WDPO drones is aimed at facilitating the search for the drone owner in case of his disappearance.

INFORMATION ON PUBLISHING LICENSES:

Licenses issued by WDPO are not equivalent to those issued by the Civil Aviation Authority or other state aviation authorities. WDPO license is a certificate of having appropriate skills and does not authorize to perform commercial flights.

WDPO is making efforts to unify the rules of issuing permits for piloting drones.
