Recently, a special problem related to the implementation of municipalities’ own tasks has become the enforcement of compliance with the provisions regulating the conditions of environmental protection or the emission of harmful dusts and gases from individual heating installations resulting from waste incineration. W programie zostaną omówione propozycje działań związanych z ograniczeniem niskiej emisji, przybliżeniem idei oraz funkcjonowania instytucji CEEB jak i wsparciem inicjatyw proekologicznych.Entrusting local government authorities, especially in smaller towns and communes, with the powers related to the control of the legality of materials burned in individual domestic boiler houses resulted in the context of restrictions related to the pandemic, many problems related to the implementation of applicable legal provisions, in particular the provisions of the Silesian anti-smog resolution. At the same time, on July 1, the process of submitting declarations to the Central Emission Register of Buildings began, which aims to collect all data on heat sources and fuel combustion in residential and non-residential buildings.
